[series] How I made it - healthier diet

I've changed my diet toward a healthier one consciously on purpose. I wanted my life to remain its high quality till the end of it. By good quality I mean I can still walk, get down and get up, hear clearly, see clearly, and take care of myself without any problem. Evidences shown on newspaper, TV, journal, websites and real people around me made me to believe that I have to change my diet with an awareness of its importance on my mind. It will not last long if I do it randomly or out of a sudden rush, because it is something that affects one of the most essential spheres in daily lives. With this understanding and determination, ways flow in more or less naturally - when you're looking for ways instead of excuses it's easier for you to find them - and I did change it. It remains till today. One of the things I enjoy in my life is that, everyday when I wake up, I'm more and more assumed that my elderly life quality will be assured because I'm willing to invest my time and effort on it at a younger age and with a strong determination. This is one of the things I'm proud of myself and that makes me different.
