[風俗] 為整桌的人買酒 a round of drinks

在愛爾蘭、英國、紐西蘭、澳洲等國家, 同桌喝酒的某一個人為全桌的人買酒, 是一種風俗; 大部分的人會輪流為全桌的人買酒。

這個習俗稱為"shout", 如果有人"shout"你, 就是他買酒請你, 你也要請回去; 為一整桌的人買的酒就稱為a round of drinks; 下方文章中, 可以清楚看出互相買酒是一個需要敬重(遵守)的風俗, 不會有人只吃別人的酒, 自己卻不買酒。
